Climate: Mediterranean climate with slight Continental tendencies during spring/ summer.

Type: Manual harvest of 2 ha with 20 kgs boxes.

Winemaking

Fermentation: The grapes vinified in stainless steel tanks with alight maceration.
Stage: Aged for 1 months in new French oak barrels.
Bottled: May 2020 - limited series with 6000 bottles.

Colour: Vinho de Cor granada
Fragrance: Aroma of various layers of fruit and some fresh mineral notes perfectly combined with the stage barrel
Taste: In the mouth it comes full with guarded tannins and a long finale, guessing a favorable evolution in the coming years
Recommended drinking temperature: 16/17 ºC.
Alcohol Content: 14%
