Fermentation: The grapes vinified in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures

Characteristics
Citrine-coloured wine boasting aromas of fresh tropical fruits, with a mineral note and a hint of citrus. It feels soft when in the mouth, with a sharp freshness which gives it depth and persistence.
Recommended drinking temperature: 10ºC.
